On September 16th, 2011, Members of An Quy Hung Co., Ltd had organized a meeting and discuss for the supplement of trading and business. All the members of the Board whose representing 100% of charter capital had voted and agreed to add the line: Real Estate Trading and supplementing the Clause 3: Business Activity to Company Activities
The Members of Board of An Quy Hung Co., Ltd had issued the decision No. 21/QĐ-AQH dated on September 17th, 2011 for the change of content in business registration. To supplement Real Estate trading together with adding it in Charter 3 of Company’s activities.
On September 26th, 2011,the Hanoi Investment and Planning Development had issued the certificate of registration- 9th supplementation.

Since September 26th, 2011 An Quy Hung Co., Ltd has been allowed to adopt: Real Estate trading, national branch code: 6810 and issued the Business License No. 0500398766, and changed the 9th time dated September 26th, 2011
